Lovely hotel. Easy to find not far off the A329M - but don't go into Bracknell if approaching from the M4. Instead, take the Wokingham junction just before the end of the A329M. Everything was good. Generous twin-bed room, lovely big shower, on quiet corridor on ground floor. We also had dinner at one of the hotel's restaurants. The chicken Murgh and steak were both excellent. Efficient and rapid check-in and check-out. Plenty of free parking in the hotel grounds (other hotels please take note). Didn't have time to explore the pool and other extensive facilities that are also available. Would stay there again.

Just a really minor point, but at breakfast, the metal tea-pot provided spilt almost as much tea on the table as it distributed into the tea-cups.

Good location and easy to get to. No probs dropping hire car off and catching shuttle bus back to the hotel. Can watch the planes from rooms with a runway view. Easy undercover stroll to Terminals.

Lashed out on an executive room on 9th floor with club lounge access. It’s a bit limited with what’s on offer and it’s self service, however staff were very obliging when we arrived just as the savoury snacks were finished. They bought us some out anyways.

Really excellent cottage with superb views. Cottage is well stocked, spacious rooms, olde worlde cottage in tucked away location but easily found. Host excellent communication.

Could not fault it.

No breakfast - functional hotel for a traveler. Fantastic location in Terminal 3, Heathrow Airport

Some of the staff could have been friendlier

The breakfast was very good. There were plenty of options and the cooked breakfast was brilliant.

For the price the room was average. I would have expected more facilities. For example the room slept 3 people, however there was only 2 coffees/tea so if you all wanted one or more there was not enough. I also found the staff on the front desk slight rude and not very welcoming or helpful.

It was very clean and spacious and situated perfectly close to the airport.

It was a very hot day and we were not given a key to the patio door in our room. There are no tea or coffees available. No tv in room

The staff were professional and extremely accommodating and helpful.

No lift , shared toilet and shower( although extremely clean, had to wait for turn when in use). The fact some other guest must have been smoking when it was not allowed, which affected me in my room as it filtered through my door.

Good location for airport, facilities close by.

The character of the building

One room was dusty and smelly. Whilst the other was okay. The shared bathroom was very clean. The kitchen and breakfast area was clean too. The breakfast was very basic but adequiate. The general opinion was the place needs a lick of paint:) it was in need of updating and the windows were difficult to open. The towels and bedding were clean. It cast £75 a night per room and Oban is an expensive place to stop. Parking cost £1 an hour. I asked for a fan and was giving one (thank you).
