– No kitchen facilities. – Sanitary facilities – small shelves or hangers in toilet stalls would be useful (so you don't have to put your staff on the floor when coming to the bathroom for your morning routine), sinks spray you when washing hands (let alone trying to wash your face or brush your teeth), not all showers had hot water. – Very noisy until late night hours because of the club below the hotel, even on weekdays. The hotel provides complimentary earplugs, but you can still feel the walls shaking, so I wouldn't recommend it for light sleepers. – A couple of days before arriving, we asked for an additional blanket (since we wanted to sleep under separate ones) and we were told it was impossible as they "have enough for each room". – Towels were not prepared in the room, we had to ask for them additionally. There was just one glass, and after asking for a second one, we got a plastic cup.

The room is very well-thought-out, it had a full-on kitchen which is very nice, we wished we stayed longer. the terrace for breakfast is really lovely

The location and views from the room and hotel were amazing. The little private beach was very peaceful. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The miss communication with booking.com that breakfast was included. In fact it was a continental breakfast and a cooked breakfast was an extra charge. This was hidden in the small print and should have made clearer. All the staff were pleasant, but one member of staff was running in the restaurant area during breakfast. Not proffesional at all and dangerous with guests with hot coffee etc. The room smelt strongly of cleaning chemicals that could have been nicer. The towel rail didnt work and was rusty. Also was dissapointed that it was described as a spa hotel when the use of the facilities was an extra £20 again hidden in the small print.

Staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful. Breakfast was excellent, with variety of choices.

Notification from the office could have been better: we needed a 4-digit code to get our keys, but this was not included in the pre-arrival email, so we had to phone for someone to assist. No great inconvenience at the time, but so easily avoidable.

Room was exactly as expected, great view. Very quiet.

No plug sockets next to bed, would have been handy for charging the phones etc. Was charged a £20 fee to check in early, but seeing as there was a suitable room cleaned and available I really can't see the justification for this, as me checking in early would not have put the hotel out one bit. Profiteering is the only answer.

There was not enough milk for any breakfast or enough for teas. The milk supplied was in tiny little cartons. It felt mean when the rest of the facilities felt generous. I am gluten free so I generally bring my own breakfast cereal to Air BnBs as I don't expect everyone to cater for me. However this is the first time I've not had sufficient milk for my breakfast. However there were fruit and eggs supplied if I'd wanted that for my breakfast. It was such a small complaint for an otherwise excellent space.
