The location is a few minutes walking distance to the north beach and the north pier. Can get an all day tram & bus pass for about £6.50 to get to the pleasure beach fun park, it is probably a bit far to walk with young kids. The house is newly renovated so everything feels new, carpets, beds, etc. The lounge/dining area was exactly like the picture when we arrived.

The property immediately behind this property (across the small private road/alley) is an empty shell. It was not an issue at all for us, it just does not look very nice.

The hotel was excellent for the price. The location was amazing, close to the city center. The best aspect of the hotel was its staff. They were all lovely, especially Beret at the reception. He went the extra mile to help me and is one of the friendliest people I have ever met in the UK. Thank you Beret 🙏☺️

There was nothing we didn't like, although we hadn't realised that it was quite so far up the hill which could be a problem for less physically able people - but it is Yorkshire, haha!

Was not worth the money, decor patchy throughout, desperately needing upgraded in a number of areas but looks like bits and pieces done here and there, garden a mess, would have been nice to be able to use the space, especially considering the possible views. Tv not working and no instructions
