Positive section of review
Lovely family room. Good size with comfortable beds and bar fridge, tea and coffee. Enjoyed our stay. Good location next to Regents park (beautiful in spring) Closest tube 10 minute walk but there were three buses straight out the front which took you into the centre of London. Had breakfast and a good selection, enjoyed the berry compote. Ate at the hotel one night and enjoyed our food. The teddy bears for the kids was a special touch which was appreciated.

Staff at breakfast seemed board and were sometimes non attentive. To get to other restaurants you did need to walk a bit.

Maintenance Road, barrier caller acess, bathroom tiles, mould, needs attention. Accepted conditions much rather than higher price ! Purifieing, minimalizing is showing levels of cleared up styles the most.

Nice interior, very clean. Modern shower room. I was pleasantly surprised by various breakfast options and breakfast was freshly cooked. A very friendly hostess, made us feel welcomed and gave good recommendations for places to visit. The place is walking distance from the sea and the town centre.

Great location being handy to buses and local pub the Salsbury Arms which we ate at every night. Lovely selection of fresh pastries and fruit for breakfast. Very helpful staff. Quite area at night. We got a taxi from train station but buses back. Easy to get around city.

The quality of the furnishings and the overall theme was of the highest standard, everything has been chosen with care to provide a luxury experience. The standard of cleanliness was excellent.

The sound proofing isn't great and as the floors are wooden, you are aware of your neighbours. When I stayed I had very inconsiderate neighbours above me but very considerate neighbours below me (I didn't hear them at all)

Quiet location but within 30mins walking to Porthmadog, partly through the woods, Buildings had some character. Quality of the food.

Parking nearby was a bit of a challenge. Whilst restaurant prices reasonable for starter / main and the cooked breakfast, did feel that it was the "add-ons" that were expensive for what you got so a bit "Easyjet" (e.g. small bag of cereal for customer to put in bowl with small jug of milk - that will be £3.50. Want any fruit juice?- that'll be £1.50 extra. Want any coffee?- another few £'s please. Some toast?- no I don't think I'll bother! I don't mind paying for quality ingredients and the skill involved in producing a well cooked and presented meal, but for things I could do readily do for myself in moments with basic ingredients that could get from shop opposite, felt mark-up excessive. Yes there are costs of running a restaurant but felt that paying for accommodation and main course that had sufficiently contributed

Building, room and location were great. Breakfast was delicious. Free parking on site. Lovely lake view from room 5.

Manager not overly friendly. Shower hadn’t been cleaned properly, had a long hair in it. You could hear people in the next room very clearly, using the toilet, snoring, coughing etc. Parking a bit tight.
