The hotel is amazing, luxurious, and comfortable. The room was tidy, and the view was stunning. We've booked the room with Big Ben view for my daughter's birthday and enjoyed every second of our stay. The staff organised a lovely birthday postcard and ice cream as well. In general, it's a very nice hotel, right next to the Houses of Parliament and Big Ben, plenty of attractions in the walking distance.

The apartment was nicely furnished & Gosia had kindly included some breakfast items like bread, butter & fresh milk. The location was great with walking distance to restaurants & Tesco’s right next door for supplies.

The bed was soft but supportive, a really comfortable bed and I slept well which is a rare thing for me. Although it was basic I would stay again

The horse is very dated and very basic, it was generally clean apart from yellow staining in the bathroom. The restaurant bar area was more like a canteen, it looks very much like it used to be a little chef and not much has been done to change it.

Location was good. It had a washing machine and there was secure parking onsite.

It said it had a washing machine but there was no dryer. It also said there was heating but it was turned off. So we washed our clothes and hung them out on an airer. In the end they provided us with an electric heater and it made the place nice and warm. The other issue was the amount of noise from upstairs was really bad during the night. The walls and floors have not been soundproofed and you could hear people talking next door.

I feel like the hotel and the area is very run down. Many of the carpets are rub down and stained over time, though they are clean The car park had smashed glass there for days, I don't feel safe leaving my car in the car park. The water tasted awful when making tea, I even tried bottled water, and still awful so stopped using the kettle. Food was expensive so ate out most nights No smart tvs ! One of the advantages of netflix/Disney subscriptions is can watch when away, but not with these tellies. Bathroom needs renovating That being said, it is cheap and it's clean...

The only thing that I can say, is that the toilet door needs a bit of oil. When you try to open it slowly,it makes a creepy noise ( like you open an old coffin).

Matress full of stains, celling falling down. Room was dirty. I asked for a refund as soon as I got there unfortunately that could not be met. I checked out next day and was given a refund for the night I didn't stay.
