The apartment was as expected, very well furnished and clean. The hosts were very reactive ! The location is convenient within just a few minutes of the train station and stores. Don't hesitate to stay here if you want to visit the area.

It's only a 5 minute walk to the nearest tube station and a 10 minute taxi ride to Wembley stadium, so you can safely leave your car on the driveway.

First and foremost, upon arrival, we were welcomed by bag of dirty laundry left in the hall. Basic cleaning duties also seemed to be lacking, as behind one of the bedside cabinets (didn't dare look behind any others) was thick with dust and webs - quite disgusting when you need to retrieve something that fell behind it. The house had a scruffy appearance both inside and out, with little care to it's appearance. There was pervasive drain odour throughout the house that was overwhelming and made the stay quite unpleasant. The poor decor only exacerbated the issue, with damp, missing light fittings and flaky wall paint contributing to the overall unappealing atmosphere. The single divan bed base was broken, rendering it unusable. I had to spend both nights sleeping uncomfortably on the couch. Additionally, many of the doors showed signs of neglect, with noticeable chunks missing where old handles and locks had been removed, with no attempt to conceal them, also highlighting a lack of basic maintenance. Furthermore, the windows of the house proved to be less than ideal. Situated on a noisy road, the front bedrooms were constantly subjected to disruptive traffic sounds, making it difficult to rest peacefully.

The location was perfect. 10 minutes from like street, 10 minutes from concert square. The price was good for such a last minute booking.

Only downside we had was the cold water tap in the kitchen didn’t work but apart from that everything else was fine.

The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The location of the hotel was great for our trip. The room was a decent size and very clean.

The room and furniture feel quite dated/tired/well worn. The prices at the bar are far higher than they should be (adding a service charge for simply pouring a drink isn't great). It's an expensive place to stay for what you get, but appreciate the location attracts the additional cost.

Sistem with app lockers is really anoying, i didn't come for hollidays to use phone all the time ... The 3 floor bunk bad is allright, but the stairs to this one were so sleepy I nearly fell of everytime climbing up or down ... Also the smell in the room was augfull

We have stayed at the Waterloo Hotel for 3 years running as it set in a beautiful place. Staff are always welcoming.

The sauna and steam room were out which is a shame as that was one of the reasons we like to stay here. We also noticed a change in house keeping. Normally we get left on the door a fresh batch of tea/ coffee biscuits, this year we were only able to choose if we wanted the rooms freshening up (bed made and room tidied) which we didn't so lost out on getting more essentials. Noticed the body wash in the bathroom lid was open, so not sure if it was left from previous people or the bottle had been topped up. Its only little things but this is usually what makes us come back. Noticed a big price hike for next year so think it's time to find somewhere new to stay.
