  All the staff we interacted with were courteous helpful and well presented from Sydney who checked us in early, the bar and restaurant staff and the maintenance guy who fixed the tv .

  The location is a bit further from the airport than I’d like and the rooms somewhat uninspiring however it would not stop me retuning.

  Where to start... 1. Noise. Door slamming, thin walls, parties till early hours. No sleep. 2. Breakfast was barely continental. A few pancakes out a bag flopped on a plate had to put them in a microwave heat ourselves and expected to load the dishwasher too. It's a shared kitchen with 6 seats and about 15 people in one. Ridiculous. Not worth the "breakfast" label. We ate out two of three days. It says "kitchen facilities" but it's locked and you can't use anything. So it's basically a room to eat whatever food is left. 3. Beds are so uncomfortable. Room was small. Building works next to our room all day every day. Possibly up there with the worst places I've ever slept and I'm ex military and have slept in a hole in the ground in rain better and more comfortable. The only perk I complained and got 20% back. Still doesn't make up for the fact I got no sleep for three days, paying over 360 quid for the experience
