  The lovely welcome, exceptionally clean, lovely room overlooking the lake. Comfy bed good shower. The cooked breakfast was lovely cooked by deb, with cereal fruit yogurts Croissant toast. Nothing is to much deb & Dave obviously want to ensure everyone has the best experience. Will definitely go back. Parking too.

  Decor in the hotel is very dated, most lockers in the leisure facility didn't have keys ect... and could do with a spruce up in changing rooms. Breakfast was somewhat well managed in terms of having to book a time slot however still seemed very chaotic/busy at the time we booked.
