  Location and standard of accommodation and outside areas were just superb. Beds so comfortable. Our room, Maypole, was beautiful and our meal in the restaurant was incredibly good. Thanks to the talented chefs. Special mention to all the staff who are a real credit to the hotel but a mention to Jade, whose recommendations and service in the restaurant was perfect. I’ve never eaten a dessert so slowly, not wanting it to end. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend your hotel and only wish we were getting married as we couldn’t think of a more romantic location which when added to the service provided would be a special day indeed.

  Location is great. Easy walk from Birmingham New street station, collecting keys from a garage on the way. Crisp clean bedding and towels. 5mins walk to canal area restaurants and bars . Gated entrance felt very safe. No noise from neighbours. Balcony with space for a bistro table. Little park across the road and Tesco express next door.
