Excellent facilities, lovely garden, clean and well prepared and all within a 15 min walk from the main attractions of York. The staff were very helpful and all in all we had a fantastic stay.

Bed against the wall, very small, having to hand key in whenever leaving.

Property was not maintained well, carpark full of weeds, room dirty and dusty, bathroom black mould around shower doors, room cold, could hear every car driving past and could hear voices all night as walls were so thin

External metal stairs that were mouldy and slippery when we arrived on a wet evening. We did not encounter a single person during our stay....neither staff nor other guests. The furnishings were coated with dust. A large bag of rubbish was left in the apartment to welcome us. The breakfast was cereals in plastic containers with no indication of how long they had been there. The TV reception was poor. Will not stay here again. Definitely not worth the money we paid.
