We loved staying at this beautiful apartment, it’s central position was perfect for transport links, a stones throw away from many bars,restaurants and shops -the historic sights were all within easy walking distance. The apartment was spotlessly clean, it had all the amenities you could want, a real home from home feel. The bed and pillows were particularly comfortable and luxurious. The apartment is blessed with an amazing glass conservatory to the front of the building which was an absolute joy to relax in. We would definitely return and recommend to our friends and family. Georgie was a fabulous host, available and helpful throughout our stay.

The rooms are massive and some have a great view of the River. Nice location for the Battersea Power station The service was good, when we needed to move rooms due to a loud party in their restaurant, the management agreed to put us in a junior suite. (not before he suggested my 8 year old should be fine staying up until the party finished...)

This hotel is unlike any I have stayed at before. It's odd. The decor is garish and over the top, fake flowers everywhere. I have stayed at some amazing 5 star hotels in my time and I would not suggest this hotel is a 5* hotel, maybe a 3* or at a stretch, 4*.

Head height on staircase leading to our attic room and head height within the room. My husband is 6ft 3in and he struggled to stand up in the room and even I at 5ft 7in struggled with the stair head height and comb ceilings. We had a great stay, great food and value for money for the package we paid, but would have been nice to have been warned about these physical challenges. We would return but make sure that we had a different room next time.

Big bed was just 2 smaller beda pushed together, felt like I was going to fall through. Bathroom sink tap felt like it was hanging on by a thread.

The sofa was ripped and taped up with tape. Ideally could do with a new one .Sofa bed was very uncomfortable .
