The location was perfect. Bars and restaurants were a short walk from the hotel. The beds were very comfortable and the room was spotlessly clean.

We did have an issue with the shower.....the curtain was too long and therefore covered the drain which wasn't noticed. This then led to a big puddle to mop up. This was the only issue of the room. We were woken up by noisy guests coming in and talking at the top of there voices, but you couldn't do anything about that.

Incredible welcome at reception, was given an upgrade for my birthday and a bottle of fizz with a card in my room .I was totally spoilt

My only thoughs were the roof top bar and pool were very busy as this was open to the public. Maybe just allow those who have booked accommodation to use only.

Close to the railway or bus stop. Aldi is just across the street. Easy check-in and out. Quick communicaton with the host.

It was ‘tired’! In our bedroom which nice there was rubbish down the back of bedside table only seen due to dropping something. It was a bath with shower but no grab rails to help you get in. It was high and set on a plinth. Water poured under the shower door which made it more dangerous! The curtains one half was hanging down as it had come of its hooks. We had stayed there due to going to a concert (Status Quo). We didn’t get back from the concert until 11.05pm only to find that the bar was shut. We went over the road to the pub and stayed there a good hour and half or more and it was full of fellow Quo fans who were staying in the hotel! They missed a trick there!! Also there were no signs for where breakfast was!
