We were met by Joe on our arrival who is a lovely guy. Our room was on the first floor, big bright and airy, double bay window with a spotless and well presented bathroom, lovely walk-in shower, toilet and basin. The room had adequate hanging space, a fridge and safe. There are no dining facilities, however, Breakfast is delivered to your door at 9am in a basket and consisted of a hot breakfast roll containing bacon, sausage and egg, two bottles of orange juice, a pain o chocolate and danish pastry and two yogurts. Tea and Coffee making facilities were provided with a plentiful supply of of tea, coffee, sugar and milk. Put this all together and it made our stay simply wonderful even though it was only for one night and we were extremely lucky to get that. Thank you Joe and Jo.

Perfect for a work trip. Extremely clean and equipped with everything you’d need with it being an apartment. The room and bathroom were very small, but enough space for being a single room and considering very reasonable price for central London. Quite steep stairs to get to the room and no lift but that didn’t bother me. Would definitely stay again!

First time used guesthouse instead of hotel and would definitly come back. Beautiful house. room was very big and beautiful as well. Quiet and welcoming. Only regret is should have used the experience to the max and engage in the conversations with the owners and other residents. One for next time.

Very clean and luxurious hotel, was able to make a lovely big mug of tea in my room on arrival which was very welcome after a 3 hour drive. Bag was carried to my room for me. Breakfast was a pleasant experience, lots of choice and friendly staff, wished I was staying longer.

Room was quite small, view from room wasn’t great, and the people in the room next to me kept slamming the door until about 10pm.

We struggled to actually find the hotel and when we called to speak to reception they weren’t actually very helpful. And just kept repeating St James quarter. But not giving us directions or any more info. So we had to ask a different hotel did they know where Roomzzz was. They did an eye roll cos they get asked all the time. Incase anyone sees this the hotel is located on the 5th floor of the St James quarter shopping centre.
