The caravan was nice enough .stuff for kids .if got them .had seating area .caravan was fine bedding .towels ect .clean .dog friendly quite easy reach to shopping even walk to it if wanted. walk to lido but no good if have difficulty walking its down hill . Love lido again. a lot climbing up and down want go walking . .but sit cafe or near watch heron birds . Little bit next to the cafe .Down the steps.

The film on livingroom window no view needs taking off . ..the seating infront of the next door carpark your sat infront of there car .no good if got kids .don't let dogs drink any water in the lido upsets there tummy upset !!. my two did then wish I hadn't let them..then Iater informed shouldn't have. 🙁 reviews are not realistic on this caravan ⭐️⭐️⭐️ only because of reading reviews.. map of the caravans is been good then know if can walk to . lido . ..

Lovely safe location, easy walk into town. The parking space was large and we had no problem with unloading bags and people. The apartment was light and airy, the kitchen had great facilities, and it was lovely to have the balcony. Communication with the owner was brilliant, they even sent instructional videos about the parking, keys and cutlery drawer which were very helpful!

Small friendly hotel with welcoming staff. Breakfast was extra that met my expectations. The hotel's location was excellent for travelling into Edinburgh City by bus or even walking. The hotel has an Indian street food restaurant adjacent, offering a weekly menu, which I tried on two occasions, in addition to a bar offering a wide range of beers, wines and spirits.

The location was beautiful and the view stunning. We enjoyed sitting in the annexed winter garden watching the midges outside in the evening 🤭 The house was very clean and cosy. The kitchen was well equipped and the bed was really comfy.

A great Breakfast and good facilities, use of a guest living room. Parking and trees with the sound of the birds early in the morning. Pleasant modern quality furnishings and a helpful host.

Adjacent to a busy road junction, care is needed when driving in and out. So some Traffic noise, but slept no problem.

5 flights of stairs to my room. ... I,m 67 yrs old? No lift.? Cooking facilities is good but worryingly I was unaware of a safe fire exit other than the single staircase. Noisy at night due to the proximity to revelers at the pub/wine bar 2 doors down.... I accept it was the weekend.... 1 light bulb gone in bathroom

Hotel was not that clean; requested to change room due to drain in our room smelling out the sink; this was not resolved. Towels provided did not smell clean.
