I absolutely LOVED my stay here. It topped all previous serviced apartments stays. The place was so well equipped for a comfortable stay and super clean. I felt right at home immediately. They've thought of everything - from a cute jar of ear plugs in the bedroom should you need them to all you could need to cook a nice meal in the kitchen. I was never left wanting and will definitely book again should I ever find myself in Coventry again.

There's perhaps not much the owners of the flat can do about it, but the entrance to the building and lift smell incredibly strongly of bins - perhaps something to harass the building management about as it is very unpleasant?

The lazy boy electrical reclining sofa is just brilliant after a big day at work, and not forgetting the amazon rain shower, made relaxing and winding down at night a pleasure. The facilities and back garden are great, i would of liked to fire the bbq up, but unfortunately the weather wasn't great.

I didn't enjoy the single beds, I'm a pretty big guy at 6ft"2 and 16 Stone, the front bedroom with a double bed would of made my stay like a home from home, apart from that the house was lovely.

Affordable hotel with many nice dinner options around, and also close to Stratford station with many options to get to London city center. Also not far from Stratford International for trips to Canterbury or Dover, direct buses to Stanstead are also available. Spacious room and comfortable bed as well.

Not that it was needed around the time I visited but the hotel has no air conditioning (fans are available though). Summers in England tend to be mild, for some this may be an issue though.

Staff were extremely friendly, professional and accommodating. Room was nicely decorated, bathroom lovely and warm with good facilities. Breakfast was lovely and they accommodated my request with no issue. Great location, nice setting.

The main issue was the bed which I found very uncomfortable and therefore didn't sleep well. It was very hard, which I know a lot of people like, so it's a preference thing. The pillows weren't that comfortable either. The kettle in the room was broken and would have been nice to get some biscuits and water provided as is usual in hotels.

Staff were really friendly. The hotel was also really really clean. The room was nice and quiet, also it was really clean and had a great shower as well.
