The room was clean, super-comfortable (bed and temp control), up to date decor-wise and the staff were friendly and helpful. Position is central and very close to Princes street and good sites and restaurants. Despite that, it was quiet in the room at night. We were in Rm 2 which was a large double room with a lovely aspect, good light and a good-sized bath/shower room. There is a great Thai food place nearby too! (Note we did not eat in the hotel restaurant so am unable to comment)

It was a lovely stay and there are no major issues. The reception is small not in keeping with an otherwise fairly luxurious accommodation and decor. The entrance is in a little street which does not allow for Uber pick-up and drop offs but it is a short walk to and over Princes Street to a pick-up area.

The location is right next to the Great Orme Tram and s short walk to the promenade. There are plenty of options for breakfast and it is cooked to perfection

The location is great, can take tubes to everywhere, and the street is quiet, the house also has good soundproofing.

The size of the room is a bit disappointing, it hardly can fit 2 big suitcases. No one replied to my messages before I checked in. Because it's automated check-in, hope someone can at least reply to questions. When I booked the property, the Booking page showed over £818 can get a free taxi pick up, but couldn't find anywhere to book it. Feels like false advertising.
