Loved the house and the garden. Plenty of space. Disappointed we couldn't get the ice maker on the freezer to work and the downstairs loo had a leak. Spoke to the owner who did her best to get it sorted on a bank holiday weekend. Then we had a surprise visit from drain unclogging blokes to get the sewer unblocked which was um interesting. Poorly laid out kitchen. Could do with loosing the breakfast bar. Otherwise very very good

Location, clean, well equipped. EV charging on site. Very private location well separated from nearby properties with only three other properties on site. Birdsong from many species from dawn till dusk. Hot tub. Discrete and helpful owners.

The property is beautiful and it seems mean to make suggestions here and it’s difficult to find anything to dislike. Perhaps one or two outside items such as furniture could benefit from some attention soon but that’s all.

The cottage was clean comfortable, cosy and had every facility possible, in a lovely location, the owner Don and his dog Willow couldn't have been more helpfull or welcoming.

A minor detail but taps to the basin in the bathroom were very stiff, particularly cold one, which made it very difficult to turn it totally off and so noise of a drip. Front door also difficult to lock.

The bed felt too bouncy. If there is two in the bed as soon as someone moved if felt like a water bed and the other person was woken.

No soap or shampoo in shower dispensers. Noise from adjacent rooms. Double bed squashed against wall made it hard for us oldies to get out of bed to visit toilet.
