My 11 year old son and I really enjoyed our stay. A lovely modern “homely” & sustainable hotel with friendly staff. :-) Great breakfast. Loved that the hot breakfast was served in le creuset-style pots. Loved having recycling bins in the room - all hotel rooms should have these! Enjoyed trying out the peloton bikes in the gym. Great City centre location and just a few mins from airport bus stop / bus station / train station. 2pm check out absolutely fab - loved being able to chill out the last morning with all our stuff still in our room. :-) :-) Thanks everyone at room2 Belfast Hometel!!

If I was being really picky, the fan / heating unit in the bedroom was a little loud and the coffee included in the buffet breakfast could be a little better.

My room was apparently Deluxe but was much smaller than last time I stayed, a horrible view and couldn't open the windows, probably for security. I don't know how you define the room ratings but it was not Deluxe compared to last time I stayed and compared to my friends' rooms - they had suites and paid the same as me. Bit disappointed tbh.

I am very disappointed with the state of this place. We stayed there from April 26th to 28th 2024. When we arrived, there was no water in the caravan. After making calls a kind and nice maintenance man turned up and sort it out. The curtains in the room with the double bed is badly mildew. I complained to the maintenance man and he said the curtains were treated. I said that's not good enough. They need changing. I had to take them down and put the mattress cover at the window. The caravan is very old and everything in it is very old. There is no heating. We slept in the cold the first night with kids. Only found out the next day that there were electric heaters in the cupboard of my bedroom. The back of the caravan is badly mildew also. When we turn on both heaters in the lounge and the microwave, they knock out the electric. We had to use the appliances one at a time. The caravan shake so much when you walk. . The only good thing about this place is the shower space.
