Located on the front just a ten minute walk from the main shops, Eric Morecambe statue and winter gardens theatre. I stayed for three nights. The main road outside is free to park although it was quite full at the weekend I went but there are plenty of spaces. Both of the owner's were friendly. I was taken up to my room on arrival and told how to lock and unlock the front door to the hotel using a fob key. Breakfast was mixture of self service and food cooked to order , lots of choice and everything was delicious . Room at back of hotel was medium size but big enough for me as single occupant, nice comfortable double bed and plenty of drawer space. Shower had plenty of hot water and room and en suite were very clean. Quiet location as well, I would recommend this hotel , good value for money.

The hotel is well located, being about halfway between Heathrow airport and the West End. We stayed here for two nights when we arrived in England then went elsewhere for several weeks then returned for a longer stay. We also stayed here last year. It is very close to the train station and has very helpful pleasant staff members. If/when we're next in London we'll certainly consider staying here again.

The first room we had was on the quiet side of the building but the bathroom was very small. We stayed in a larger room for our second stay. It was on the train line side of the building but after the first couple of nights we stopped using earplugs. The carpets in the hallways are a bit shabby but staff were always cleaning them.

Proximity to the airport (although you do need to walk for 10 minutes or go look for the shuttle). Breakfast includes most of the continental + English staples, although an addition of some cheeses and other savory options to put on your toast could have been nice.

Adding two children to a 2-person room made it feel claustrophobic. They should not offer this as a 4-people room. No minibar in the room (in case you need to keep something refrigerated before your flight). Dinner at the lobby was ok, obviously overpriced, took them more than 30 minutes to prepare so take that into consideration.

The location was central and easy to find
Negative section of review
Very dated, no window in the room and the room was very stuffy with only a couple of tiny towels and 1 small pillow each, bathroom needed some TLC the shower was pretty poor also. Definitely not worth £300 for two nights!!
