Beautifully decorated, fantastic location, and it’s really kept the feel of a historic property while becoming comfortable. The bed was very comfortable and I loved how my room was decorated.

It was a little warm on the evening I stayed and I couldn’t find a fan in my room in the middle of the night, but that may genuinely have been because I didn’t look in the right place. A very minor issue!

The space, it was spacious enough to accommodate me and my spouse. I loved the environment as it’s 11mins walk from Chelsea harbour Island. The neighbourhood is a beauty to behold.

Carpets on the bedroom and corridor were filthy, there was a lot of noise transmitted from people moving around in the room above and from rowdy guests in adjacent rooms and the corridor.

The beds in the property are awful. The mattress had really seen better days. A very uncomfortable nights sleep dodging the springs.

It was overpriced, the check in process was difficult, they needed our IDs prior to check in and also asked for a £250 security deposit. It was a long arduous process and seemed very suspicious.
