Great spot, very clean, closer to everything - tube and bus stations, shops. Feel safe, private to stay and comfortable. Very quiet, didn't hear much noise even in the building. Small room, but well designed, and have everything what you need.

Having two windows are really good, but would be nicer if there are thin lacy curtain, then protecting view from outside with day light even 3rd floor. Stair is narrow, and steep. With heavy luggage to up stair was a big of challenge. But I made it safe. If you have laundry in the building or washing service would be fantastic.

Fab location, parking directly next to the property, very clean and well maintained,great communication with the owners,very comfortable beds,wifi, To be honest we loved everything about our stay, so we’ve already booked again.

The hotel was clean, and the checking -in process was efficient and fuss free. The car park is a great feature. We had a large room which is convenient as we had a number of luggage.

One of the supervisors in the hotel restaurant was inexperienced managing her staff, ordering them around. The restaurant was serving a tapas like menu but didn't explain. As we are foreign tourists, we didn't understand. A staff member tried to explain, but the supervisor ordered her away and then assigned an inexperienced staff to take our orders. We ended up with an unhappy dining experience where we were still hungry as we ordered too little.
