The only way to leave a review is to first make a booking. That's how we know our reviews come from real guests who have stayed at the property.

When guests stay at the property they check out how quiet the room is, how friendly the staff are and more.

After their trip, guests tell us about their stay. We check for naughty words and verify the authenticity of all guest reviews before adding them to our site.

We had a lovely stay at this B and B with a group of friends. We each had a really nice room with sliding doors out to the beautiful gardens. We were welcomed by Sue Johnny and the dogs with tea/coffee and delicious cakes. We did the walk from the village to Auchindrain. Took us 3 hours. Great views. Would highly recommend

Location is perfect for the abba arena. Inclusive breakfast was good. Dinner also good.

Perhaps some healthier breakfast options - continental meats and cheese, fruit salad

Steps up to the hotel - saw some elderly guests struggling to manage them

Good location. Nice rooms and clean.

Guy who we called due to wrong info on email, quite disrespectful and cheeky. Rather than just apologising for a misunderstanding and that the rooms are fairly new and having some teething issues. Toilet was leaking and nearly slipped and fell. Would have been different for someone whose mobility isn’t great.

Some equipment were missing, especially in kitchen. Few cups for coffee/tea, few plates. No dish cloth/tissues or paper at all in kitchen. No pot holder. Overall to little kitchen equipment, machines ok or even more than needed. No bed light in the smaller room with the second bed. No wardrobes available, had to have clothes in your suitcases/bags.

Good location

Death trap stairs, dirty pans and oven trays, mould on shower ceiling, kitchen tap sprays water in all directions, generally not very clean, dirt between cushions on settee, settee itself cheapest most uncomfortable plastic crap I have ever sat on, pan shelves and top of fire extinguisher disgusting and caked in grease. No real wardrobe to hang clothes, just pegs on the back of doors and a tiny rail in the boiler cupboard of all places.Parking? What parking? Roadside parking is always taken so they shouldn’t pretend there is any. Ended up paying to park overnight every day in carpark up the road. The final insult is the sign asking you to put your used bed linen in a bag for them. You can’t check in until 4.00 and you have to be out by 10.00. What are those cleaners doing for 6 hours that keeps them so busy they can’t put the linen in a bag?? Clearly not cleaning the place!
