- “The modern retro look in room and the amazingly decorated corridors made this place my favorite hotel. I had the luck of getting an airside room and could see nighttime operations on the runways. Certainly a place an AVgeek would love. The small touches like postcards in room and great amenities like shaving razor and cream were much appreciated. The "secret" rooftop terrace where you could sit and watch operations at the airport 24/7 was wonderful. Staff were all lovely - one manager was even greeting people outside and leading them in to the lobby.”

Stephane can give you for very cheap price. The old town, the Big Buddha and many beaches you can ride in 20 minutes. I will go back to Stephane for sure. The best is you can see the sea from your bed. The morning is beautiful. The best place for breakfast is only 50 meters from the house. Many good restaurants are 5 minutes by walk.”

  Spacious and well equipped (even the sharp knifes are sharp) with a good set of staples such as coffee left. It is very quiet and has space to work with decent wi-fi. Location is good, easy access to public transport and parking available on street.

  TV in both main and bedroom but if you don't like watching TV in bed there was no comfortable chair to sit in. There is space for one! A minor carp as overall really very good.

  Beautiful breakfast great service lovely pub We’ve stayed in the Minster Arms many times and have always upgraded to larger rooms and we have always been happy with them!

  We paid £85 it was standard room which is not cheap but not the most expensive either !! There no shelfs in the bathroom to put any toiletries on! no cupboards to put any clothes in all there was was a rail sticking out the wall for some clothes to be hung on which to be honest wasn’t that good. There was absolutely nowhere where I could do my hair and make up! not one mirror was fitted anywhere (the bedroom is far too small to fit dressing table in so that was out of a question anyway but a mirror could’ve been put on the wall somewhere) so I had to plug my straighteners in the bedroom(good job I brought my extension cable )and go to the bathroom where there was a mirror above the sink to straighten my hair! That is very dangerous where there is water and electricity close together! Come on people at least put a mirror on the wall for us girls and try to use the little alcoves to build in few shelves so people can put some clothes away!

  Location is excellent so convenient for the centre of Cardiff. Excellent food market on a Sunday morning opposite the property.

  The central heating system is mad. The Hive thermostat had a mind of its own, so bathroom and the bedrooms were so hot, but the radiator in the lounge did not work, so this room was cold. There are no instructions for the heating or any of the appliances. If these were available, it might have helped.
