Even after a mess up with a late booking via booking.com the host was amazing, ensuring that we got a room for the night, despite being called out from her home after the reception had closed for the night! Extremely friendly and welcoming, we would 100% reccomend this hotel and would definitely stay here again... Breakfast was beautiful and we had the best nights sleep... 10/10!!

Breakfast selection was good, only complaint is it could have been hotter. Swimming pool was good, changing facilities were fine, shame people using them left their used towels on floor and expecting staff to pick them up. First time I used the showers in the pool area there wasn't any shampoo, conditioner or body wash, next time I went I took my own.

Nothing to like about this, room was doubled book by hotel, Manager was less than helpful, missed out on seeing a concert at venue cymru, avoid this place at all costs or risk losing out financilly like we did...

The location was excellent and the staff were extremely helpful. It was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was extra but was freshly cooked and worth the money. I would definitely use it again.

There was no lift; however, the receptionist carried my case up for me so I only had to struggle downstairs with it when I was leaving.

Difficult to find via our GPS, steep road to the appartement. Difficult to park your car. Tiny fridge. Vvery noisy for internal sounds (walking sounds of feet and dogs above your head). The ceiling is quite low which could be cumbersome for tall people.
