We had a lovely stay in this cute little apartment! The host (Inga) was very accomodating and gave us lots of useful information upfront , very informative and welcoming! (Loved the sweet treats and the tea selection) Overall the apartment was very cosy, tidy a lot of towels available and good selection of products to use. Very clean. The bed is extremely comfortable we did not want to leave! Even though we only spent one night, I would definitely stay again and for longer to really appreciate the space! Highly recommend!

My room was comfortable and spacious and the staff were super-helpful and accommodating, particularly carrying my bags to my room as I'm on crutches. The breakfast was delicious, and staff member who looked after me, fetching me a plate of food and cup of tea was outstanding.

The hotel is undergoing a revamp, which I applaud, as the corridor I was on was tatty, with an understandable smell of paint. It would have been good to know this earlier to set expectations. Perhaps that's why the room rate was low?

Lovely clean apartment with all the facilities you could want. We accidentally left our house key with the cleaner and they were very attentive to make sure we got it back. Also fantastic price. Cannot complain at all!

The address provided by the host was different to the actual address. I attended the actual address and was told that Cosy Apartments was not there and they could not help me.

The address provided by the host was 306 Muswell Hill N22 7BD. I entered the post code into my satnav and it took me to Alexandra Park Road. I went to No.306 and pressed the door bell for No.1, a female, I believe she was foreign, told me that Cosy Apartments was not there and they could not help me. I returned to the footpath and called the mobile number provided by the host. I rang this number several times but it would not connect. I asked a passer by where Muswell Hill was, and was told it was up the road, past the garage. I used the interactive map on Booking.com, this took me to No.340 Alexandra Park Road, I rang the door bell but no one answered. I went to Muswell Hill, found No.306 and rang the door bell, no one answered but the property looked derelict. After 90 minutes of searching I went to an alternative property. I believe I did everything I could considering the circumstances and, therefore, request a full refund.
