Clean, spacious and well furnished house, equipped with everything you need. Located in a quiet residential area, lots of greenery, plenty of places to walk the dog. Oxford can be reached in 30-40 mins if there are no heavy traffic jams on the A40. Very friendly and welcoming hosts, quick to respond to all issues (burned out light bulbs were promptly replaced). We really enjoyed our stay in this house!

The location was excellent, as was the view. The shower was good too. Nice big towels.

We had to climb 4 flights of stairs to the apartment, which I don't recall being stated in the listing. The apartment was very disappointing. It smelt damp, there were bits all over the floor, the microwave had food on the roof inside. Upon opening the door, I just felt deflated. The pictures are accurate but have been taken from a very clever angle. The bed sits literally 20 cms off the floor, and the mattress was the worst I've ever slept on. It was very, very lumpy. The furniture felt dated. It made me think of a holiday camp chalet from the 1980s. No mobile signal, could do with supplying wi-fi considering the price.

Breakfast was excellent. The room was spacious and near to the town centre.

Nothing really. If someone was infirm they would need to request a low room. We were in the second floor and the stairs are steep, although it did not bother us.

Location. Look of hotel and room. Clean bed. Very, very clean throughout.

Had to swap rooms due to constant noise from a radiator all night. It was like being inside a kettle. Clearly an ongoing issue and their only solution was to offer ear plugs.

All of it ! It was filthy , all cutlery and glasses were disgusting with food and marks on them , the fridge was the worst ! It was covered in mould and filth ! the beds were tiny and rock solid , the bathrooms were disgusting! Toilet wasn’t clean , god knows what was in it ! , dirt and dust in the bath , shower was running water constantly so I couldn’t sleep in the room next to it . No Wi-Fi at all , it wouldn’t stay on . Floors were muddy , wall paper peeled off in the smallest bed room, window was broken and we couldn’t close it ! Had to try and fix it ourselves . No privacy nets for the windows which means we had to change with the curtains closed in the morning . Chairs were wobbly so we didn’t dare use them around the table . The whole experience was horrible ! I have many more photos of the filth and video of the leaking shower .

Very run down. Patches missing in the carpet, dirty paint in bedroom, extremely small room, paint peeling off all over the bathroom, very old and tired shower that dribbled luke warm water.
