Complimentary room upgrade was much appreciated and the hotel layout and staff attitude was very good. The bar area well set out with the outside patio tables in the sunshine a nice bonus and the bar and restaurant staff very friendly and quick. The hotel's proximity to the promenade, beach and south pier a major plus of course. Bed was very comfortable but shower could do with a grab handle to avoid slipping when getting in and out of the bath to access the excellent power shower ... not as agile as I used to be! Secure ANPR car park very handy and not too expensive at £18 for 24hrs. Look forward to staying again :) !

I think chef was having an off night as some of our food was not at 4* standard but to be fair it was very busy and good value for money.

What a lovely place to stay would highly recommend Was met by Juliet when we arrived and showed us around the apartment. All the personal touches were amazing treats from Betty's, breakfast supplied ready for us the following morning.There is nothing that they haven't thought about. A definite for future stays and can highly highly recommend. K & N x

Being vegan we found it very limited. Only oat milk available as an alternative to milk. Scrambled egg in the beans, because of close proximity. Cramped eating conditions.

The price didn't match what I booked on Booking. Com. Booking .com booked us a double bedded room for two people with breakfast, but when we arrived we were charged an extra £10 for the second person, and had to pay for the second breakfast. We always book with Booking. Com and have never had this problem before. Breakfast not worth the price as far a we are concerned, being vegan.

A particularly good breakfast menu in the restaurant next door to the hotel. The location was excellent - very close to the centre of Bath.

The hotel is a bit tired with redecorating needed. Our bathroom needed maintenance to the WC and taps. However everything else made up for it.

Room requires a good deep clean, the mirrors are filthy, now have a message written on the for the housekeeping staff, the cobwebs in the bathroom and all the ledge in the room need dusting.

The smaller double room could do with blackout blinds as the security light on the building opposite kept coming on and kept me awake. the bathroom could do with soap in the dispenser.

a man had assaulted and sexually harassed my family and when telling the reception we got a dirty look and told “just phone the police” yet the man should have been removed there and then!!

It was in a private home with loud children and the smell of food & carry. Hard to find with no sign outside. The bathroom was recked and dirty.
