Very comfortable home. Quiet neighbourhood within easy walking distance to town and train station. We enjoyed having a back garden to enjoy sitting outside and also getting our laundry dry, even though there is a clothes dryer if needed. It was good to have an allocated car space at the back gate. We were a group 4 friends in town to attend an event so having a full bathroom, an ensuite and a downstairs toilet was handy.

Property has a full kitchen with a good sized fridge but would benefit from a little bit more in the cupboards, a couple of serving bowls for salad etc.

it has been tastefully decorated throughout. It is very bright and with the the windows and doors open it is very airy too! The hot tub was the selling point but the street is very quite, lots of birds chirping, 5 mins walk to large Hayling Island beach and a Coop shop 2 mins for all your grocery needs.

Close to shops train station and buses A fair price for London as accommodation prices are rediculious In hindsight I would have paid more for a better place to stay The only thing good about the room was the pretty top curtain but the white one should go its disgusting

Stayed here for a birthday night out in Bournemouth. Good location, cheap taxis to the main night life area. Free parking in the hotel, just make sure you register your car. Rooms were good for what we needed it for. Cheap and cheerful.

Hotel couldn’t check us in until approx 18:30, we got 20% back on the room, but this really messed up our plans meaning due to our booked reservations we didn’t get into our room until gone midnight due to having non-changeable things booked. However we were pre warned by a few days, but we would have never booked if we knew check in was o late as the 20% was no good to us around our plans.

I would like small complimentary table water in the room. That's all I would ask.
