  We had an evening meal that was delicious and a full cooked breakfast that was also great! Plenty of parking. Surrounded by fields so great to hear the birds in the morning. 6 minute drive from Woodstock and Blenheim. Really lovely helpful staff who couldn't do enough to help

  The night porter was very rude. When I arrived I was given a room that wasn't cleaned from the previous customers. My next room stank of bad drains and when I said about it I was told that it was the bad drains, this got worse over the stay. I booked this hotel because it had a swimming pool which I found out after booking that this facility is 6 pound per person per hour, if I knew this I wouldn't have booked there as the sandcastle only cost me 12 pound for 3 hours. Overall not a good break away
