First of all the size of the room and hotel was surprising as its too small, there was noise from top floor as well as side rooms , basically thin walls and room is fit for one person not two for sure we couldn't even keep our suitcases, we stayed there 6 days ! It would be good for a day or two just to sleep! more like a motel and not a hotel. Breakfast is very basic, break , egg coffee. Staffs are very cold , its more of a motel type. The bus stop is in front of the hotel , bus no 24 available every 10 -15 mnts even at night , convenient store nearby . Location is good and quite for a walk etc.

Room size for one, the bath room is too small. No complimentary water is provided , maybe its just normal in London. Where we come from a free bottle of water is a normal thing. The room is too cramped for 6 days and the noise from other rooms. Bed is very small as well.

It was wery nice and comfortable also nice area, there is parking, we was feeel wery relaxed and we enjoyed our stay and definately recommend for anyone even if they go with friend or family ...ewerything is soo soo clean and nice! Thank you for your help they was soo soo helpfull!! Cannot recommend enough!5*

The room was very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was great, and the staff wonderful - they couldn't have been more helpful. There was a nice lounge to relax in, and weather permitting, space to sit outside too.

There was nothing that we really didn't like. There was not a lot of parking spaces available when we visited, but it was still good enough for what we needed.

Comfy bed great breakfast good choice of food. Central to Victoria station & beyond. Have stayed here before & will do again. Actually booked for July when coming to London for a check concert.

Hotel is very central, there is parking opposite and it's relatively quiet whilst being in the city centre. The staff were friendly and the hotel did everything is should have done.

The en-suite was small and an odd shape. The room was quite narrow but very tall giving an odd overall feel.

Car park was difficult. Black post for hotel sign at entrance to car park needs clearer visibility - e.g. yellow stripes.
