The breakfast is full english, or a choice of it, plus juice, bread, fruit and its a good start into the day. The staff is friendly, helpful, all good there. Rooms are small, bathrooms really small, but enough for a short stay, when you do not spend much time in the room. Bed was comfortable, but small (single bed). The internet is ok for work, not much more.

Now, we come to the fun part, the building is old, the building is noisy, rooms are warm. There is no AC, and even with the window open, I could not get the room really cooled down. The building is noisy, you hear all hallway movements (in the main building, there are annexes). You hear the neighbour showering, and people walking, everything is creaking, even the bathroom. For the price, which was too high in this context, its not worth it, and offers no good night rest.

Close to terminal 4 but our flight is at terminal 2. The room is spaciou, quiet, clean and tidy. Staff behaved professionally but without smile.

Perfect location for the dog friendly beach and to get to the harbour . Extremely dog friendly, private parking , lovely breakfasts .

Lovely host, breakfast was really good with lots of variety. Room was clean, comfortable, and with a great view of the seafront.

Shower wasn't powerful, basically dripping on me so took a while to shower, but can be easily rectified with a replacement head.

The shape of the bathroom made it impossible to put up a towel rail so we had limited space to put the towels once used. Would have liked a bit more drawer space. Would have liked more vegetarian options for the cooked breakfast. At least a choice of vegetarian sausages. Maybe a 3rd vegetarian choice on the main menu, though the 2 offered were excellent.

The front desk staff who attended to us was quite friendly and very helpful.

The curtains were too short and didn't cover the window well and immediately the sun rose at about 5am the whole room lit up and roused us from sleep.
