Location was beautiful. Staff were excellent. I think the lady was called Karen. She looked after us when we arrived and at breakfast. Nothing was too much trouble even gave us scissors to cut the sauce sachets. Food was also excellent.

Location. Had a sea facing suite 302 with a very large end verandah . Loved decor Excellent car park . Good food Excellent staff Quiet Room cleaned well

Room safe not working. ..just a note saying “ not working “ No bath robes or slippers . No shower caps needed as a large overhead shower. For the room at 2 nights for about Just under £700 these should have been included. The outside badly needs re painting urgently. Hot tub on the verandah , no explanation of how to use this . Lastly location of sockets for the hairdryer were too far from a mirror , unless I missed them . Comments appear very minor in some ways but for the cost of the room and quality of the hotel these little things are expected Lastly air conditioning would have been wonderful as the room was extremely hot .

Roomy. Fair value at late deal of 60 a night with breakfast. Breakfast , juices , coffer , good choice of cereals and bread, butter , jams for toast.

Entrance not lit, hard to find at night. No bother to us, but a few dinges and scrapes at building. Just saying for those who may have greater expectations.

While the hotel was in a lovely location with a view towards the Botanical Gardens the nearby church chimes went of all night preventing a well needed good nights sleep
