The only way to leave a review is to first make a booking. That's how we know our reviews come from real guests who have stayed at the property.
2
When guests stay at the property they check out how quiet the room is, how friendly the staff are and more.
3
After their trip, guests tell us about their stay. We check for naughty words and verify the authenticity of all guest reviews before adding them to our site.

Lesley was such a good host, and when we told her that we were there for a funeral at 11.30, allowed us to check out later than usual so that we could go straight to the crematorium (less than a 5 min drive away). The breakfast was lovely. Nothing was too much trouble, and the welcome was truly "just like home". We stayed in "The Nook" which although not ensuite, has its own private bathroom right next to the room - so no issue.

Our only comment was that the light over the basin in our room wasn't working - and only mentioned that as Lesley may not have been aware. Honestly, apart from that, there wasn't anything negative.

I was very impressed by the place. The location was excellent and although it was "budget" it exceeded my expectations. My usual accommodation was fully booked so I booked Ibis. I loved the fact that it was close to the bus-stops and near the high street.

On my second night there was alot of noise from someone who returned home at 1.15am. They continued to stomp around above me the following day however this is nothing to do with the hotel.

The lovely atmosphere in the hotel. To begin with I was a little shocked by the price for a single person. But the staff made up for that and couldn't have done more to make it a lovely Easter Weekend.

I can't fault it.

Absolutely nothing this is the worst property I have ever stayed in. We were booked for 3 nights and left after one!

The flat is filthy, the sofa smelled of sick! It’s tiny and is no where near big enough for the 5 people they suggest it is suitable for. The bed in the back room was broken, the kitchen doors fell off when we touched them and there was a large hole in the bathroom wall! The shower door also fell off when we touched it! There are no curtains in the bedroom which means it’s impossible to sleep, it’s also very noisy as the windows are so old and flimsy it sounds as though you’re outside in the street next to the traffic! I don’t normally bother leaving reviews and we’re used to staying in budget accommodation when we travel. However I felt the need to warn people DO NOT BOOK this property! Honestly the worst place I have ever stayed!

Location was excellent, room was nice and comfortable and the staff were extremely friendly.

The only slight issue was the air con was difficult to use (that could be an us problem though) and it was cold at times.
