Very clean and luxurious hotel, was able to make a lovely big mug of tea in my room on arrival which was very welcome after a 3 hour drive. Bag was carried to my room for me. Breakfast was a pleasant experience, lots of choice and friendly staff, wished I was staying longer.

Room was quite small, view from room wasn’t great, and the people in the room next to me kept slamming the door until about 10pm.

A very clean, bright, spacious apartment close to the sea. The decor was modern and the furniture and fittings of good quality. The appliances appeared very new. The beach is only a few minutes' walk away, but the access is steep.

We were staying for 10 days, but were only supplied with one tea towel in the kitchen, and one hand towel and bath mat per bathroom. I had enquired as to whether it would be possible to have a change of towels and bedding during our stay, but was told by the management company that this would not be possible. We brought extra towels and tea towels with us.

Good location, not far from office or Marlow. Breakfast was good. Evening meal was expensive.

The Westleton Crown is an ideal base to walk from . Breakfasts are really good .

Room looked tired , peeling paint , worn carpet . Damp smell - it is a very old building so maybe to be expected . Staff are a real mix of super pleasant or just plain rude and appear not to be bothered. On check out the team were all having breakfast around 1045, I did apologise and said I would just leave keys and to charge my card for additional cost. The gentleman got up from table , sighed loudly making us feel like a nuisance , I would have been more than happy to have my card charged and not leave on a sour note .

They were in the process of decorating the communal areas , but that wasn't a problem to us.
