  All staff extremely helpful.The room was clean if dated.The heating was extreme, fans were left outside the rooms but were very noisy. Breakfast time,table was sticky and needed a good wipe.All foods seemed pre cooked and warm not hot. Restaurant for a evening meal wasn't much better Waitress went looking for mustard ??? We have used this hotel over the years but its the first time in 7+ years As you can see very disappointed.

  The hotel looks very tired even the car park could do with a good sweep and litter pick. No direction for reception when arriving in the car park.

  The property was just perfect for what we wanted. Extremely well presented and a lovely home feel to it. I loved the location, quiet but plenty to see and do close by. I can't fault it at all. Just don't pack too much, most likely it will be in the house anyway. Bargain this was, and I'd recommend to anyone.

  Nice touch - an upgrade (from a city and lake view to a no window ground floor room). Bedding smells fresh - rarely the case! Nice breakfast.

  This small hotel sells at price range of Sheraton/Radisson in a moderate class EU city! Seriously? No windows in our (upgraded) room. Towels set incomplete. Peculiar check-in experience (suggestion to join staff in hotel's kitchen basing on nationality).

  Staff very friendly from doorman to check-in staff, only stayed for one night and had a comfortable sleep. Breakfast was hot and tasted good.
