  Yvonne and her staff were wonderful...friendly, helpful and very accommodating. The BB is right off of the square in Woodstock with lots to do...shops, pubs, etc. Blenheim Palace is a short walk away with lovely views. Parking was easy; however, this may be an issue during high tourist season. We would definitely stay again and plan to!

  Karl and Jude were very good hosts, very informative and friendly.The location is excellent with the Walks nearby and the town centre walkable in 15 minutes.Beakfast was excellent and the room although on the small side( which we expected )was very comfortable. Thoroughly recommended

  Very friendly staff. Hotel clean. Excellent shower in our room. Very close to Taunton town centre. The breakfast was okay.

  1. There were no fruit teas available. Only camomile and mint. There should be berry teas which are more amenable to early morning. No berry teas when at breakfast should just drank orange juice. 2. It would have been nice to have had extra toast at breakfast. 3. If there were white linen table cloths on the table it would have improved the appearance and would help with cleanliness. 4. Bar very limited so could not relax after the journey had to go out for drink and something to eat. Would have been good if bar was better stocked and you could at least order a sandwich.

  The property itself was lovely and in a good location. The restaurant, breakfast room and bar areas were fine.

  The room was a letdown. It was in the annex. Described as en-suite, but the loo and small shower room were separate, which wouldn’t have been a problem apart from the fact there was no heater in the loo or more importantly no hand basin in there ! The handbasin was in the room ! So for £156 per night this was very poor value. The photos of the room that we had viewed gave no idea that the handbasin was in the room !
