Though the checkin is self-completed there were some staff in the shop area (during working hours) to assist with anything if needed. Otherwise the communication before checkin with door codes, etc. was very easy and convenient. The aparto itself was comfortable, clean and quiet. We would recommend this to anyone wanting a nice aparto style accommodation in Porto with nice restaurants close by (for dine-in or takeaway).”

  The location is 1st class with the added bonus of free parking on site. If you wanted a full English breakfast or any of the other cooked options, what I saw others having, I would certainly recommend. As for the continental breakfast, I would say very poor as there was only small croissants in a basket and no other choice.

  The continental breakfast, the general appearance of the hotel, plaster patches fallen off the staircase wall, very tired decoration throughout and in the single room no 24 that I stayed in, you could see light coming in all around the door at night, one would question, fire door or no intumescent fire seals! The decoration was very very dated. I had a difficult job to turn on the basin cold tap, the shower screen foldable door does not close in the middle as the width of the opening is smaller than the requirements for the door. Saying all this, there is tea/coffee facilities in the room, but overall it's just a base for the night. Don't expect luxury!

  Small issues only: Curtains let in a lot of light Soundproofing needs a tiny bit of work/some bathroom noise/creaky floorboards, not a big deal though and a safe, pleasant stay overall.

  It did not met thé expectations. we were booked for 3 mobile homes and tent instead We were given landpods .We did not received any apologies, no other complementary for the mistakes, they just said it was a mistake from booking.Com. Low water supply in the toilets close to the landpods.
