Breakfast was quite good and the entire place seemed to be well cleaned (and even had a fresh scent when we arrived). Note to the owners: please do not ever downgrade your cleaning work, it's been a pleasant surprise and causes a much better first impression when compared to other places I've been to, which had stains, dirt and a not so pleasant / clean smell when coming in.

It was not a surprise as live music was clearly stated when booking the room, but if I had to complain it would be about the noise / bad windows. The ear plugs provided are a good measure but are nowhere enough to block the noise from the party downstairs. Additionally, having the windows closed compared to open does not seem to damp the noise much - maybe a potential improvement to the room would be to swap the windows for better ones?

Location good. The first room allocation was gloomy and overlooked a grim area. Requested transfer to another room which was si much better the question is why not allocate a better room initially!!!!

We were greeted by a friendly lady. The bed was comfy. Nice new carpets. Close to shops. Water pressure of the sink tap was good. I liked that the bathroom mirror had a light.

There was quite a strong dog smell in the breakfast area. Where new carpets had been laid, it was a struggle to open the bathroom door. The edge of the bathroom door was filthy. The shower had a lot of mould and limescale. The toilet seat was stained yellow and was loose. The water pressure of the shower wasn't great. Only 1 bedside table. No hairdryer or iron unless they were hidden away somewhere we missed! The kettle filter hadn't been cleaned.

Staff were friendly . Beds were very comfortable. Great location in a lovely area of London I've not explored before.

Breakfast was a little frustrating and not very relaxing. Not enough plates or glasses. Spent breakfast hunting round for items before we could eat or drink. Coffee machine had either run out of milk or wasn't working. Room was smaller than expected.

Described as luxury but it certainly wasn't. The blinds didn't work, the t.v only worked with a firestick and kept buffeting. Also the toilet pump kept sticking, We had to lift the lid off the cistern to reset it. The bed linen was creased, We were concerned if it had been laundered or changed. Also the entrance path was unkempt, hardly the entrance to luxury accommodation!
