I'm disabled and the service to make sure that I had an accessible room was fantastic. We were given parking space, just had to use my blue badge to prove my need for it. The room was big enough for me to access with my wheelchair and the bathroom was equally accessible, as it had a shower chair. The door to the bathroom was able to swing in or out depending on how you needed it. The bed was comfortable and the room wasn't too cold or too hot.

Convenient to the South Terminal and the room was large and comfortable. Another great stay at the Hilton Gatwick.

A receptionist basically started screaming at me and being super agressive / disrespectful because I was behind on the check out time. I of course offered to pay the extra hour I had I the room but he was super rude and sexist. Thankfully, his colleague asked him to calm down and took care of my check out. But I was very shocked. This is not a way to treat someone, especially a client.
