We had a fantastic stay on the weekend. The place was central to our desired location. The property was absolutely stunning, fully furnished and to the highest spec possible! The owners were very helpful and quick in response to any queries we had. The weather was gorgeous and we thoroughly enjoyed the use of the hot tub. Even though there was work being done on the main house, the workers on the house were nothing short of polite and friendly upon arrival and even offered to help unload the car. Highly recommend this stay and would love to stay here again!

Location excellent in the centre of Liverpool to easily walk to most locations. Simple access, Dogs welcomed and breakfast pastries, coffees enough to set off the day. Room spacious, excellent power shower and room cool. Staff were excellent both before arrival advising of local car park within walking distance and discount code. Staff friendly and helpful whilst staying at the hotel.

Bed a little hard but can match everyones expectations and we have memory foam at home.

The hotel was very close to the airport so 100% convenient. The staff were great and very accommodating changing my room from a twin to a double. The reception, bar and restaurant area was very nice with a good breakfast.

The rooms were very old out dated and more of a 2 or 3 star hotel. Carpets looked worn and dirty with lots of stains on them. Rooms really need a refresh, I understand it's an airport hotel but no reason for it to be shabby inside the rooms.

The rooms are as big as a prison cell (and have the same comfort). There is no water pressure. You could hear everything in the hallway and in the rooms above and beside you. There was a dog barking all night. There is no elevator, which means that if people book a room with a baby bed, you put them on the ground floor, instead of letting them go up the stairs. The baby bed didn’t fit in the room and probably that was the reason it was not setup. There was no baby bedding and no proper mattress. I ordered a half chicken, which turned out to be a spring chicken the size of a chicken nugget. Which was also drowned in sauce. The mattresses are also horrible. We are normally good sleepers, but we still have issues with our backs. The room would have been OK if we paid 60 pounds, but definitely not for 160 pounds a night.
