My wife and I always vacation (short breaks) in the UK. The property and especially the location was the best yet. Brilliant. On the beach. Bar 2 doors away (very friendly). Excellent cafes and Bistro standard restaurants within short distance by foot or car. Rooms was brilliant and Tv with Roku and netflix the best after a long day walking.

Excellent breakfast, great orange juice which is something is very difficult to obtain in a hotel these days. Room was comfortable. Lovely host serving breakfast. Car parking good.

Very central location, good amenities, comfortable and Parking part of overall price, which was done for us by host.

Car park was a good 10 minutes walk with suitcase but can't be helped in a busy city. Was a very busy car park and we were lucky to find a space as paid beforehand doesn't guarantee parking spot.

The room was hot, the walls were so thin I could hear the person in the next room using the toilet. The pub was noisy. The sheets were dirty. the bathroom was tiny, smelly and generally unclean, and it floods if you spend more than 2 mins in the shower. the sink was so small you struggled to fill the kettle up. The bedside lamps had dodgy wiring and wouldn't turn on unless you wiggled the wires, No pat testing labels.

The room even with the curtains open has barely any light with all the lights on, very dull. We had to go to reception to ask for toilet roll as we didn't have any in our room when we checked in. We were given an accessible room which we hadn't booked which was fine but the bathroom door being a sliding one and it had no lock and the door wouldn't completely close and I could be seen on the toilet from the gap in the door, was embarrassing.
