Loved the area and the caravan itself was really cosy and modern. The bathroom was however not so clean but cleaned it myself on arrival. No pillows for the sofa bed which was a shame but manageable. Lady in reception was helpful polite and jolly which is rare on a holiday park. Definitely considering another short break at the chase soon as we are on limited time to make as many memories as we can with my partner being poorly and life limiting. Hopefully next time we can get another fantastic deal with decking as it would of been lovely to relax outside without the baby's running off. All in all love the chase park. Many thanks

Didn't like the fact there wasn't a toddler park on site as the one at the pub gets a bit rough with the older ones 😕

It is in a convenient location for the town and walking distance to the train station. Although on a busy road, it is very quiet. It’s nice and warm. Mostly I found it to be clean. The kitchen is satisfactory for a short stay (note that there is a fridge, a microwave and an air fryer, but no hob). Toiletries are provided in the bathroom.

The finish could be improved. When I arrived there were bits of food in the sink from the previous tenant (apart from this it was very clean). Proper lamps are needed in the bedrooms - just change the bulbs? At the moment the bulbs are flashing multi-coloured lights - not relaxing in the evening and impossible to read by. This is my personal taste but I would use cotton bedding rather than synthetic, I would prefer a normal kettle and an unused washing up sponge. In my opinion, the table and chairs would be better positioned in the kitchen rather than the bedroom (is the sofa necessary in the kitchen?)

TV dated could not watch Netflix as the TV was not a smart TV, but not a problem as I was not there to watch TV.

The location close to Kings Cross is amazing. There is enough space in the rooms. The rooms are very clean and well furnished. The staff was nice.

The beds are a bit too soft, it was ok for us though. The room isn’t well insulated from a thermal standpoint, so its temperature might soar in summer. Prefer basement rooms if you can in hot seasons.

Great location to public transport. Good kitchen facilities and 2 bedrooms was a huge benefit.

Quite difficult getting luggage up steep stairs to bedroom. As it's part of a big housing development it was quite noisy at night.
