A great find, a lovely hotel with spotless clean rooms and bathrooms super comfortable beds and pillows, tea and coffee facilities in the room and friendly staff. I won’t hesitate to book again (if the price is right 😉) and also recommend.

I didn't have a USB charging socket in my room, but my father did in his. Very minor fault, certainly didn't spoil the break!

breakfast is poor, just simple standard and nothing more, and the location of the hotel is very good

It needs major reconstruction, because life there stops in the 20th century, the furniture is old, the rooms smell of old, there was no TV in the room, and if there are any, they are not working, there is no internet, there is no parking... the only plus is that the bed linen and towels are heavy.

I stayed a Friday & Saturday night, both nights the bar music was intrusive. Saturday there was a wedding with disco which went on until after midnight. I was told about the wedding on my arrival Friday, but too late to make alternative plans. Guests should be warned about this on booking. I would have booked elsewhere. I had to be up at 6am Sunday morning for an 8 hour drive not great after a really poor night's sleep.

The Bed was so uncomfortable my partner and I woke up in the middle of our first night with acute pain in our lower backs due to the mattress being in such a poor condition and offering no support or comfort whatsoever. We checked out of the apartment the next day as we were in so much pain and went home.
