Loved the location of the hotel - right on the seafront (and we were lucky to have good weather) so easy for a stroll along the beach. Staff at front desk were friendly and staff in the bar were super quick to get you served. Very clean and well kept room (also appreciated being able to get things like iPlayer etc through the tv). Bathroom is huge!

Cleaners stood having a chat right outside your door early in the morning for about 10 minutes when you clearly had a sign on the door saying just snoozing. I know they have a job to do but need to remember some guests are still in bed! Rooms are quite tight size wise too.

The location was superb. We were in the centre of town, with all the shops and restaurants literally downstairs. The beach was 2 min walk. I cannot comment on the kitchen facilities as we did not cook - with the choice of restaurants in the area it would have been a crime to eat at home. Overall we had a very nice break.

Extremely noisy at night. Every sound on the street seemed to travel to the apartment, echoed and amplified. Furthermore the property was advertised as having a terrace/balcony. We relied on photographs when we booked and were disappointed when, upon arrival, we realised that there was none.

I didn't have breakfast. But the room was very clean bed was very comfortable I managed to have a good night sleep. The staff I met were very friendly

Absolutely nothing it was filthy the bed was full of dark hairs and a green bug underneath the pillow. Very tiny nothing about this room is cozy !

Run down, old, plates left on the floor in hallway, swimming pool - old. Hot tub out of order. Not the greatest experience, especially because we booked it because of the pool

Horrendous stay at this hotel. The bathroom flooded due to a blocked drain. The hotel was dirty and many of the other guests were noisy and intimidating.
