The location of the property is excellent. You couldn’t ask for a better location to the best part of the beach. It’s a gorgeous apartment which is even better in real life!

The swimming pool was freezing cold. The jacuzzi was broken. The wifi was completely unreliable. Prior to our massage, we should have been asked what massage pressure we would have liked but that didn't happen so the massages were not tailored to our requirements. One particular member of the pool staff was a little rude and inconsiderate. The dinner service was painfully slow. A member of staff then approached us to inform us the restaurant was about to close. Had the service been anything close to timely, we wouldn't have had a problem with leaving on time, so that was rather insulting. The whole hotel looks dreadfully rundown and we will never be going back there again.
