The place is clean and spacious. Their family room can accomdate 3 adult and 2 small children. The staff were friendly as well. The building is not new but it was kept tidy and clean. For the price of £200 for 3 days and two night plus with good location near Tesco and 9mins walk to Pleasure beach, it was worth it!

The stairs is a bit small, difficult it you have big luggage but still doable

The breakfast had a good choice menu served to our table by Frazer and Maria. Access into the B and B and our room was straightforward and easy to use. All our room facilities were of a high standard. All in all a very pleasant stay.

Nothing comes to mind.

Food was excellent we have the turkey Sunday roast couldn't fault it, need to offer a refill coffee or tea in the mornings at breakfast. Chose it as visiting friends nearby so location was the key factor for us.

On arrival we was told the bar shut at 9pm on a Sunday but try and close earlier if they can which they did close at 8ish, we wasn't told this on booking, asked if we could leave the restaurant for a relaxing seat after our meal and told we need to pay for our food first even though we was checked in, the table we found was dirty full of glasses and plates, it was not cleaned till I asked someone to clear it after half a hour, the hoovering of the restaurant started before we left, at breakfast time the hoovering was happening when we arrived at 8.15am we sat for breakfast through the noise of the hoovering, in my opion the staff let the place down, felt they were trying to get rid of us early so they could go home, none were friendly, we have the Brush room which wasn't suitable for older people, the bed was to big for a small room, a large wooden bed that the legs stick out I kept banging my leg trying to negotiate walking around it with a sloping ceiling and trying not to bang my head, I get up in the night for the bathroom so its dangerous will cause an accident, wouldn't stay again

Very secluded and quiet location compared to the usual public hotels! Everything we needed was provided.

Light was a little bright in the morning from the main door, but not a big issue

Absolute amazing spot for the night. Food and staff were outstanding. Will definitely stay again.
Positive section of review
Clean, friendly staff, good food and drink choice
Negative section of review
The musak accompanying food and drink was horrible: very loud, tuneless, repetitive, computer generated pop, particularly painful at breakfast. Had to rush food to escape the din. So no respect for customers who wanted a bit of peace.

Breakfast was good and location is good.
Negative section of review
House and rooms require some attention, especially as price was the most we paid compared to three other recent stays.
