The location is brilliant. Close to tubes/stations and nearby local express shops, cafes and bars. The hotel was spotless, and the staff friendly and helpful. Reasonably priced good food served in the bar area too.

The staff were amazing - hotel is very quirky a change from the norm which was a change. The bed was very comfy and room is bijou but well designed. Nice touch was getting a glass of prosecco whilst checking in.

i travel a lot and stay in a lot of hotels and this was quite simply put one of the nicest i have ever stayed in. everything was perfect including the price which was an absolute bargain.

Brilliant location - only 5min walk from Paddington station

We were told our room had been upgraded. We were not convinced that this was the case. The room was fine but no evidence of anything exceptionally different. Our friends had less of a good experience as they were also upgraded it seems but were bothered by the sound of a generator outside their window which prevented them from sleeping well.

Our fridge was completely empty & we never opened our room door once & there was soooo much bugs on the sides & the bed sheets. The best part was the spa ! Absolutely loved it
