Parking was great & didn’t mind leaving the car there quite safe as a very decent area. Very welcoming & furnishings were lovely , helpful staff gave us helpful information , our room was cosy & clean the bed was so comfortable & had a great nights sleep, lovely full English breakfast also a good choice of cereals fruit yogurts & toast with a assortment of jams. Great stay thank you 🤩

Amazing room Reception staff / breakfast staff and allegra staff were absolutely amazing. Not to forget the bar staff that were very attentive. The roof top area was a little haven away from the hustle and bustle. Will definitely be returing

Everything! Eleanor and family were wonderful, the gardens were beautiful and the house was most welcoming and tastefully done. It was beautiful, serene and picturesque. Breakfast setting was lovely;)

Good location. Spacious room. Liked easy availability of complimentary hot drinks. Now prefer not having someone coming into the room for bed making etc. Great shower.

One criticism would be the complimentary croissants in the morning would have been greatly improved by having butter and jam included. Also you should add to your parking info that the best parking area for hotel access is the blue area. It’s a massive car park. We parked in yellow and it’s a huge distance with 2 different lifts to get to the hotel.
