All staff excellent. Beds comfoy. Room was a good size. We didn't have a sea view. Shout out to the Concierge on the main door. Very helpful. Restaurant staff great too. Fish pie in the restaurant is absolutely delicious. Great location for concerts at The Brighton Centre. Literally next door. If it's raining it's literally 30 seconds and you are in the concert! Bar/Lounge at hotel also good for guests only for after concert drinks. Had coffee next morning with a friend who lives in Brighton. Lovely surroundings.

Felt the bathroom was a little dated. Everything worked, but didn't feel as upmarket as one would expect perhaps.

Superb location. Staff friendly and helpful. Had harbour and sea view room which we loved. Weather allowed us to sit out on our balcony for an hour when returned from the town. Enjoyed the coast walk to town. Started raining one day so caught a bus back to the Marina, which stopped right outside the hotel street entrance. Would love to return in the summer and enjoy the outside terraces. We will return!

Toiletries. Have become accustomed to hotels providing body wash, body lotion, shampoo amd conditioner. There was only body wash and shampoo. Had to buy some conditioner & lotion Room 333 had a fab view, but the wardrobe was very small. Okay for short stay. No hooks to hang winter coats. It wouldn't stop us returning.

The location was perfect, a short walk from the village centre yet very quiet and peaceful. The property was easily accessed and had excellent parking. The flat contained everything necessary for a comfortable stay.

The only concern was the sharp corners on the worktop, potentially a risk for small children. Otherwise, first class accommodation.

A historic hotel in the centre of Lockerbie, with excellent staff, who were very welcoming. A special mention for their steak pie from the evening menu which was simply one of the best I've ever tasted

The location is superb in the middle of the village. The food on offer in the evening and the breakfast was very good. We really liked having a bath rather than just a shower.

The bed wasn't that comfy and that the room is unusual having a window that opens into an internal corridor making ventilation difficult.
