Just perfect- albeit we got fantastic weather! Beautiful location, clean and cosy! Took us a minute to realise where the bed was but it was very comfortable. Hot tub was so clean and relaxing. We honestly couldn’t fault the place! Claire the host is wonderful at communication and checked in with us via txt to ensure all was ok. I feel they go the extra mile to ensure the stay is enjoyable We will hopefully get staying again in the future!

Clean, spacious room, and warm! Location was perfect,walk distance from Royal Albert Hall, as we stayed in London only for two days,because of the concert we came to watch.

Perhaps a good restaurant facility but plenty of choice in the area near the hotel. Finished up at The Ivy which we enjoyed.

A couple of little things, the tv wouldn’t connect to any app or streaming service which was okay for me but may not be ideal for a family or such. There aren’t any toiletries, which i presumed would be provided (maybe i presumed too much) The check in process is quite a head ache. Multiple emails and vague information about when you find out the access details made it an unnecessarily annoying process. Also any email sent took a few days to get a simple answer.
